Quotes, deposits, changes, cancellation and how our rentals work.

These terms cover quotes, bookings and services provided by Chi’Ella Events & Hospitality in Ibadan, Lagos and elsewhere in Nigeria on request. Accepting a quote in writing, or paying a deposit, means you accept them.
Prices shown on this website are guide prices. They show a typical starting point and are not an offer. Your final price depends on your guest count, menu, venue, date and city, and is confirmed in the written quote we send you. A quote is valid for 14 days unless we say otherwise.
Everything is arranged directly with us. You send your date, city and guest count by WhatsApp or to enquiries@chiellaevents.com, and we reply with a written quote. This website does not take payments. There is no checkout, and we never ask for card details on any page.
A date is only held once a deposit is received and we have confirmed it in writing. The deposit is paid directly to us — normally by bank transfer to the account we give you in writing. Until a deposit is received the date stays available to other clients. The balance is due as set out in your quote, normally before the event day.
Please check with us before paying anything. We will only ever give account details from our
own WhatsApp number or from an @chiellaevents.com email address. If you receive account
details from anywhere else claiming to be us, contact us before you send money.
Tell us as early as you can if your guest count, menu, venue or timing changes. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but late changes may affect the price or may not be possible.
Rented items remain our property. You are responsible for them from delivery until collection, and for loss or damage beyond normal use. Delivery, set-up and collection times are agreed in advance.
Please tell us about allergies and dietary requirements when you book. Food is prepared for service at your event; we cannot take responsibility for food kept or re-served after the agreed period.
We may photograph our own work — food, décor and set-up — for our portfolio. Tell us if you would prefer we did not, and we will respect that.
We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, civil disruption, power or fuel failure, or venue closure. We will always try to agree a fair alternative with you.
