Chi’Ella Events & Hospitality (“we”, “us”) is an events and hospitality business operating in Ibadan and Lagos, Nigeria. You can reach us at enquiries@chiellaevents.com or chiellaevent@gmail.com.
We use your details only to prepare your quote, answer your enquiry, deliver the service you booked, and send you the download you asked for. We do not sell your information. We share it only with suppliers working on your own event — and then only what they need to do that job.
Most enquiries reach us on WhatsApp. Messages you send there are also covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms, which we do not control.
Enquiry and booking records are kept as long as we need them for our accounts and for any ongoing relationship with you. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email enquiries@chiellaevents.com and we will respond.
This website does not take payments and does not collect card or bank details. Quotes are agreed by WhatsApp or email, and any deposit is arranged directly with us outside this site, so no payment information is ever entered here or stored by us online.
This site runs no advertising trackers. It stores your enquiry basket in your browser, which you can clear through your browser settings. If we add website analytics in future we will update this page first.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
